What are your thoughts about this question? Those who believe that once you are saved you can never lose your salvation, sometimes use this Bible verse to back up their belief.
People who do not believe that once you are saved you can never lose your salvation use some of these Bible verses to back up their beliefs-
In the book of Exodus 32: 31-33, Moses is speaking to God, asking God to forgive the sins of people who made gods of gold while he was up on the mountain. He said to God ” please forgive their sin, but if not, then blot me out of the book you have written.” In verse 33, the Lord replied to Moses, ” Whoever has sinned against me I will blot out of my book.” So my question to you is, was Moses already saved? and if he was already saved his name was already written in God’s book of life, because his name could not have been blotted out unless it was already written within. If your name is not in God’s book of life, how can you be saved? So, once again back to the same question, once saved always saved???
